How do I register for a wholesale account and get approved?
If you are first time customer, please click the My Account icon in the header menu to register. Besides basic information from you, we need your TAX ID to approve your account as we are a wholesale website.
What is the minimum order requirement?
All wholesale orders require a minimum order value of $250 before shipping.
For special orders including Factory Direct and Pre-Order Styles, the following additional requirements apply:
- Minimum of 2 pieces per style/color for standard items / Minimum of 4 pieces per style/color for samll accessories
- Minimum of 24 total pieces per order
Factory Direct Orders
What is Factory Direct?
Factory Direct items refer to products shipped directly from our overseas factories instead of our domestic warehouse.
What is the estimated delivery time for Factory Direct orders?
ETA: 5-7 weeks
Production and transit times may vary depending on factory schedules, customs clearance, and shipping conditions.
Pre-Order Styles
What are Pre-Order Styles?
Pre-Order Styles are upcoming products that are not yet in stock but are available for advance reservation before arrival.
This program allows retailers to secure inventory ahead of release.
What is the estimated delivery time for Pre-Order Styles?
ETA: Around 90 days
Estimated arrival times may vary depending on production schedules, ocean freight, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Are Pre-Order Style items eligible for cancellation or return?
Because Pre-Order Style items are produced or allocated specifically for your order, these items are generally considered final sale once production begins.
Please contact our sales team immediately if you need assistance with changes before production is confirmed.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does it take for in-stock orders to ship?
We strive to ship out all regular in-stock orders within 3-5 business days.
Can I make changes to my order?
For regular in-stock items, changes and cancellations can be made prior to order being shipped out. Please email us as soon as possible.
Which carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx. We default on UPS but will use FedEx if requested.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including but not limited to:

What is your return policy?
If an item has damaged/defective, or you received a substitution that you did not authorize, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of invoice/receipt date for return authorization, or you can view the detailed information in the Return & Exchange under HELP & CONTACT on our website. We will apply a credit back towards next order. No unauthorized returns.
How long do you process your return?
We strive to process your return within one business day. For return of more than one product, we will process once we receive the returned package from you.
Important Notes
Can I combine different order types(Regular in-stock items/Factory Direct/Pre-Order Styles) in the same order?
Yes, but please note:
- In-stock items will ship according to regular warehouse processing times
- Factory Direct and Pre-Order Style items follow separate production timelines
- Orders may be split into multiple shipments
- Additional shipping charges may apply for separate deliveries
Can shipping delays occur?
- Production schedules
- Port congestion
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather or holiday peak seasons
Regarding the duty and tax collecting
Duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.
